Description
No pick up. Will secure/remove for BPHC collector. Franklin Park. 1 needle further down path at Brookley Rd/Cemetery Rd intersection. Second photo is of the new dope bags and detritus I collected this afternoon in the pine copse next to the picnic area at Shattuck and Pine Street Inn. Third photo is of caps etc in woods across from Pine Street Inn. All this detritus is being left in place. The detritus belies a lot of drug use in the park.
