Maguire Equipment/Philip Maguire owns property at 2 Wolcott Street, 16 Wolcott Street, 18 Wolcott Street, 18A Wolcott Street, 20 Wolcott Street, 22 Wolcott Street, 24 Wolcott Street, and 28 Wolcott Street in Hyde Park, MA. James G Grant abuts our property at the rear of 28 Wolcott Street. A street behind our property separates our facility from the MBTA repair yard. We were informed by James G Grant that they purchased the street from the MBTA repair yard. We have been using this road for years and we were not notified of the purchase or opportunity to purchase the road. We have tried several times to speak to someone at the MBTA repair yard but no one can provide information on the sale of the road.
