Description: No pick up. Will secure/remove for BPHC collector. Franklin Park picnic area by Shattuck and Pine Street Inn. Someone’s’ wheels fell off here. Looked in backpack and found 15 needles. Will leave detritus. FYI, well written Globe article yesterday about Shattuck proposal.
