Description: No pick up. Will secure/remove for BPHC collector. Franklin Park picnic area by Shattuck and Pine Street Inn. Rock and detritus in upper left of third picture is one of the locations in the Globe article yesterday about Shattuck proposal. I think I’ve pulled 20 needles out of the park today.
