Description: No pick up. Will secure/remove for BPHC collector. Franklin Park picnic area by Shattuck and Pine Street Inn. Rock and detritus in upper left of second picture is one of the locations in the Globe article yesterday about Shattuck proposal. I think I’ve now pulled 21?needles out of the park today.
