- Constituent reports that they reached out to Conor Newman and Melissa Beltran since last week to connect regarding the illegal dumping of mattresses and other items that constantly appears from the building behind them. The constituent was given the information to Code Enforcement for John Blackmore and Dennis Roche from Sanitation. Very concerned about mattresses being dumped from a neighboring property and the increasing fines.
