- What is the name of the bridge: [Northern Avenune /Fort Point Channel: (B-16-184)] What is the nature of the problem: [from MassDOT I received a call from Boston PD who states there is an old bridge with a trailer on it. The homeless keep getting into the trailer and there is a hole in the fence at this location. It is near Moakley Courthouse and the Barking Crab restaurant. They are asking that someone come out and fix the fence and lock the trailer for safety reasons. The Officer I spoke with said if we would like to have an escort due to the homeless in the area, please reach out to them and they will gladly assist. There is concern that the trailer could be used for illegal things (human trafficking, drug use etc). I am not sure who is responsible for this location and they are also having trouble trying to contact the correct department.]
