Description: This is what I saw today at the Franklin Park entrance of Forest Hills and Arborway. 1. Discarded drug paraphernalia. 2. Evidence of small fires to cook drugs which could cause a forest fire and/or nearby houses to burn. 3. Trash and old clothing. Not today but I’ve also seen: 4. There are often vehicles parked near that entrance and I see people going into the park. We have also seen people nodding off in their vehicles. 5. People shooting up inside that entrance. 6. Discarded drug paraphernalia on Forest Hills Street near that entrance. All of this makes me think that this entrance is a spot where drugs are sold and used. On a residential street!
