- The number of rats on Lambert Ave has drastically increased. I'm not sure if it is related to the construction across the street. There used to be coyotes in that lot and I believe they kept the population under control. Last night taking the trash out multiple rats jumped out of the bins when we tried to move them. We kicked the rest of the bins before moving them and there were at least 12 rats.
