Description: What is the City’s position and guidance to city employees for pulling over in a motor vehicle? Are they allowed to park in bike lanes? With bike lanes being new infrastructure, the City needs to provide guidance on where to pull over. Public Works trucks are pulling over to get trash but blocking bike lanes in the meantime- this is dangerous and the city could be sued if a bike goes around and gets hit by a car. Please make sure bike lanes stay clear from City and personal vehicles. Thank you!
