- Constituent reports small pot holes next to small bws manhole cover. UPDATE: constituent emailed the following additional information: The pothole problems are on Beacon St between Exeter and Fairfield Streets, especially on the river side chiefly from areas about small metal drains. There is also a notable depression of the road on Dartmouth Street between Marlborough and Beacon.
