- Carla Gracey, a realtor, is illegally renting her former condo through Air BnB. She no longer lives at 5 Greenough Park in Jamaica Plain. She lives in Brookline. Since October she has had several renters from out of state at 5 Greenough Park. My understanding is that according to the City Of Boston Short Term Rentals ordinance : “Residential units offered as short term rentals are ONLY allowed in owner-occupied condominiums, single-family, two-family, and three-family buildings.” Again, she has not lived there since September.
