- Corner of H street and East Broadway in South Boston is absurdly loud. Banging hammers at 7:30AM non stop and slamming constantly. Is there anyway to postpone their banging till 8:30- 9am? I’ve never complained once about noise but it is incredibly loud. We have a baby and have not been able to sleep at all.
