- Lack of proper snow removal by numerous property owners on Union Street. No evidence of salting or sanding icy sidewalks. This is true of the properties at 115 Union Street which is responsible for not only the sidewalk at 115 but his property also follows to the bus stop at the corner of Winship Street and Union Street. Also the owner of 74 Union Street who was observed throwing snow and ice onto the roadway.
