- Hello, I am writing to request snow/ice removal in public alley 810. This alley is the only wheelchair/stroller accessible route for most of the apartments on Gainsborough street, since the front entrance of the building has stairs and no wheelchair ramp. Even several days after the snowstorm the alley is full of ice and is dangerous! I understand that the alley may be too narrow for a plow, but we would at least need the road to be salted (and ideally a snow blower after the next snowstorm) so that those of us with strollers or wheelchairs can move safely. (The sidewalks of the alley are broken with broken pipes sticking up, so are not a safe alternative.) Thank you very much for your assistance! |
