- The constituent states that the Constitution Beach park area is very icy and slippery. Its directly across the street from Royal Roast Beef business. The constituent states that he helped an elderly women who slipped and fell in the area. The constituent states that there was a DCR truck there but they are just sitting around and doing nothing. The constituent is requesting salt and shoveling in this area before people start to get hurt. I called the MASS DCR line at 11:01 am to report.
