Noted. Public Works removed the barrels in Beacon Hill. They were severely abused with household trash. It is the dog owners' responsibility to dispose of their waste properly. Several citations were written by Code enforcement division, and the abuse continues. There will be no reinstallation at this time. The barrel at the playground is a Parks Dept issue. Public Works doesn't maintain that barrel.
