- Hot steam - manhole cover. Outside of 210 south street there is steam coming out of the manhole cover that is scorching hot. I stood on it while getting out of a car and it actually burned my ankle. This has been going on for a very long time and it is quite concerning and in fact is causing issues for the building at 210 south st
