I’m reaching out to share my disappointment regarding the red line train. In the past month, I have been on at least 3 trains that either broke down or were seriously delayed. One of such trains was heralded as a new train. I only commute into boston 2-3 days a week, so I cannot imagine how often this is happening if including those other days. What is being done about this? It feels as if this process has been unbelievably slow and people have long made it clear (well before the pandemic) that the speed and efficacy of the train system here is lacking.
