- Constituent states he and his mother called 311 last night at 8:44 PM from 617-799-4209 regarding a mattress pickup. States there was a miscommunication between the call taker and his mother about the number of units in the building, which led to the call taker becoming frustrated and responding to her in a "snarky" manner and hanging up the phone when the constituent entered the conversation (phone was on speaker.)
