Description
The trustees in my 3 unit condominium association have not fixed a roof leak for almost 2 years. I reported this issue via Case# HVIOL-672944 last year. At the time the leak was only affecting two bathrooms. This winter especially when storms that have high winds there has been leaks throughout the unit. Last month the trustees agreeded to hire a contractor. The contractor did not want to file a building permit and I could not get them to provide proof of liability or workman's compensation insurance. Especially where this is roof work on a 4th floor I am insisting that the work follow boston building requirements.
