Description
In 2021 Mr. Robert Onessimo started a Short Term Rental Registration application. About one month later the application was inactivated. However, Mr. Onessimo held onto that registration number and starting in November of 2023 has decided to use that number for six different AirBnB listings. ALL listings have a minimum stay of 2 nights (not 10 or 30). Please note that 2 Hull St Court only has 5 legal units but there are six listings. This is the exact same host as 311 report #101005302117. Please note that hosts "Boston" (picture of a woman) and "Jason" (picture of a man) are both stock images and not real people. The names associated with the application are Robert and Jesus. If it looks like fraud and it acts like fraud, its probably fraud.
