Description
In 2019 Patrick Pirozak applied for a short term rental license. The application was invalidated within 4 days. He then took the STR# and has been using it for a month anyways. This is the exact same host as 311 reports #101005302117 and #101005330989. Please note that hosts "Boston" (picture of a woman) and "Jason" (picture of a man) are both stock images and not real people. If it looks like fraud and it acts like fraud, its probably fraud.
