Description: Hello! Please do something about the MBTA. I ride the red line from Dorchester to Cambridge every weekday. Train frequency, especially during peak hours, is abysmal. Sometimes I have to wait 15-20 minutes for a train while the platform fills with other commuters who all have to squeeze on together. I would be willing to forgive the disgusting, dilapidated stations full of rats, mold, and water, but it's the service that's killing me here.
