Please see previous report #101005287006. The City reported in the comments that "The Post Hospitality Group has applied for 'institutional/ business stays' for the units referenced. The city is reviewing the use of exemptions closely." Clearly you aren't monitoring them that closely since they have minimum nights available of 4-5 nights for most of their postings. Institutional stays require a 10 night minimum.
