- What is the nature of the problem: [-Illegally Operating Towing Company, not licensed to perform the type of towing they do. They take advantage of minorities - and well I’m not dumb or rolling over to take one for the team. Need to be investigated, shame on the City of Boston for providing a more thorough check of this company. Follow the laws and look their name up - if I can do it with the 5th grade education, why can someone who works in the city that to protect us is supposed to do. UPDATE : the company does not have license to tow for city.]
