- What is the nature of the problem: [The property listed above is vacant, in extremely neglected condition and once again being occupied by at least one homeless man. We, as well as employees of the Bostonian, have witnessed this man. There is trash left on the premises which has attracted rats. These are seen on a regular basis. The property condition needs to be addressed. Please advise how we, the abutters, can get this issue resolved.]
