- STR423861 - Home share units are limited to 5 bedrooms and 10 guests. Not 24 guests, 18 beds, inside 6 bedrooms. This amount of overcrowding wouldnt even work for a lodging house or bed and breakfast. Each of the three units in this building needs its own STR registration number. If I have three cars I dont get to register them all under the same number.
