- I have a specific question related to the short-term rental ordinance. To my understanding, if you live in a single-family home and are registered with the city, you can rent on Airbnb or other platforms for a maximum of 90 days a year. However, you need to be present in the house while it's partially rented; you can never rent the full home to a stranger without being present, and one room should be available for yourself. Is that the correct interpretation, or can you rent the entire property for less than 28 days multiple times, with a max of 90 days a year, and you don't need to be present at all? For example, can you go on vacation for two weeks and rent your entire home to a stranger? Thank you, | : [Is there an apartment number?: []
