- Capital Waste Management not picking up all full (overflowing) trash & garbage from public Alley, #402. Behind the following buildings… 107 Saint Botolph, 115 Saint Botolph, 129 Saint Botolph, 133 Saint Botolph.  Capital drove through without picking up these barrels last week, and again did not pick up the same barrels on March 25th. All buildings that place their garbage bags on the ground were picked up. If we should follow suit to receive trash pick up in order to receive collection we will discontinue using our barrels. Thank you. Note: some of the barrels are a few feet from the travel lane, in walkways, or parking, but easy to reach. 617-262-8343
