Description
2 lane road under construction on Route 99 heading into Sullivan Sq now 1 lane with the installation yesterday of bike lane barrier. That eliminates 3 lanes of traffic with the underpass closed with 1000’s of cars merging into one lane to get to Sullivan Square.
