- This request comes from our home owners insurance, following an initial inspection of the home and property: Please note: I am unable to upload photos at this time. I clicked on "Choose File" and was not prompted to input photos. Please feel free to email me to get photos. The sidewalk in front of our residence at 17 Glade Avenue Jamaica Plain MA 02130 is in need of repair, particularly in regards to the large cracks shown in the images that I am unable to load into your system. Given that our street is a dead end with one sided parking, it can be challenging to fit construction vehicles on it without disrupting traffic flow. Would we be able to get a notification of when we can expect the repair to take place, or perhaps "No Parking" signs to post a day or two leading up to the repair? Case Noted | It appears that you have an illegal driveway. If someone is driving over the curb and does not have a curb cut, it is illegal. It is up to the property owner to procure a permit and have a contractor install a new driveway curb cut
