- Illegally parked car. This is corruption I don’t agree with latest response. If the city can send a police officer to come back with an explanation to an original complaint that the car is resident stickered and then I prove it is not and then I get a response that says we don’t have time to get to it. This tells me the owner has connections in city hall to avoid ticketing. I see the truck daily and it has not been ticketed. Why is it that ordinary people have to follow the rules and connected people don’t. Where can I file a complaint of corruption
