- Rats seen running from Tynan School Dumpsters up and down east fourth street. Not just one at at a time but several together.could we please get someone to help in this situation before it really gets out of control.

Noted | No activity found at time of inspection. Dumpsters at school were uncovered and there was loose trash/debris around the dumpster. Inspected area and will monitor.
