- I am addressing the ongoing problem at the alley across the street. Trash barrels continuously left out every day both at the mouth of the alley and further down the alley. Recyclables (with address of culprit) left out on the sidewalk neither in a bin or bag. Now add some fresh garbage to the situation. I am submitting more photos as recently requested by the 311 dispatcher. Pls remove the trash bins found in alley, remove garbage, and contact the recyclable owner.
