Description: Constituent states a truck was making a delivery for Chilacates restaurant. Constiteunt states vehicle was parked on sidewalk this morning and she reported issue to 311. States she went outside to take a photo of the vehicles licnese plate, and when she did, employees with the delivery truck began yelling at her stating she had no right to do that. States after they finished their delivery, the emplyees drove by her home and began taking pictures.
