Description
Traffic is backed halfway down the Haul Road trying to take a right onto Pumphouse Road because the lights on Summer Street only allows 3 cars in the left lane and 1 tractor trailer in the right lane to take a left into Summer Street. The City needs to hire an independent traffic engineer who is qualified to make traffic pattern decisions, not some friend of the Mayor.
