- STR-461702 - This STR registration is being used for two separate full units so it should have two registrations. On its application it stated that it will NOT be a short term rental and instead will be used as a corporate rental. Unfortunately this is not true as you can see that one unit has no minimum nights and the other has 2 minimum nights per stay. This home does not qualify as a primary residence as the owner appears to live in Newton. There is a small note that "This unit should be rented by individuals or family members on medical related travel." but that is NOT proof of a hospital contract. Which is it? Hospital contract, corporate stay, or short term rental?
