- I've been a tenant at 56 Queensberry St G1 since January 2023. Since March 2023, we have had a constant cockroach problem. I've submitted five service requests to fix the cockroaches, and while Alpha Management has brought an exterminator to spray the unit, the cockroaches have come back. Alpha Management refuses to take a preventative measures to fix this, and have ignored the exterminator's recommendation to install pest control panels. Last night, I found eight cockroaches after coming home from work and this morning, I've found five more. I submitted a service request to Alpha Management last night and called them this morning, and they've confirmed there is a roach infestation in the basement but they aren't taking the steps to exterminate them. Alpha Management needs to do more than lay traps and spray surface for these roaches, they need to either follow the exterminator's recomendations or they need to tent and fumigate their properties.
