- Brownfield Street next to Granary Burying Ground, Silvertone bar, etc. is becoming a place for homeless people to set up encampments. I live on Province street and walk my dog in the area everyday. I see active drug use and erratic behavior. I have been shouted at and followed by homeless people for doing nothing other than walking my dog. This morning, I witnessed a homeless man throw a bag of urine into the street. This situation is unsafe. This is also a popular tourist area and I would hate to see something bad happen to people who may not be as city-savvy as local residents.
