- Constituent states the speed humps that have been installed on the street are too low. Constituent states the speed humps are not doing anything to stop people from speeding and are not as high as the speed humps that were installed on other side streets like winthrop. Constituent would like BTD to get sent back out to make the speed hump higher. |
