Per Property Management: Thank you for alerting us to this issue. We definitely do not want to have dirty bathrooms at Faneuil Hall. Aside from being a health risk, they do not reflect positively on one of the City's most iconic buildings. I will submit a maintenance request through our portal and it should be taken care of soon.
