- This is the 3rd time I’m placing this issue . The rat is still literally on the corner in roadway / sidewalk by a parked car ending in plate k17. It’s been over 6 hours . Report said “nothing there “when the rat is huge and visible in the dark . I literally just took a walk and still see it there. It’s right by #7 Howe please look at the pictures to properly locate thank you

Noted | There is not a howe st in Dorchester we went there and it comes out as howes St in the GPS .
