Description: The constituent states that BFD told him to call 311 and put in a report in regard to this issue. The constituent states that BFD was called for an incident for his neighbor. This happened on April 1st 2024. He owns the condo at this location. The constituent states that there was an emergency that happened with his neighbor on apt PH3 at this location. The BFD busted open the wrong apartment door during an emergency call and damaged his door. The constituent is requesting someone needs to fix his door.
