Description
Illegal Parking @ 1435 blue hill ave and tennis road. Cars blocking Tennis road, cars cannot turn on street. Cars parked where there are no parking street signs. Dangerous, there is no way emergency vehicles will be able to turn on Tennis road. City needs to do something soon!
