Description
Illegal expired permits being used to look like they have real permits. There are dozens of these being used all over the worksite on Penniman Road and on Rug Road and Denby Road. Rather than get valid permits, they tape these old permits to the fence and to movable road cones. They then placed these around so their residents cannot park legitimately. They park their construction vehicles making it look like they have a permit, but really they’re just trying to get around the fees. Can a real inspector go to this worksite and issue an individual fine for each expired permit as would be done if it were a homeowner?
