- Restaurant owners had people putting banners up on Hanover Street saying defend the north end restaurants etc. this is terrible looking. Can these be removed? Who gave the couple of restaurant owners permission to do this? We need a meeting here - the people who actually live around here do not want outdoor dining. It makes this area even more congested and impossible to live here and walk down a sidewalk! When will enough be enough with these few restaurant owners
