Description
Constituent feels that they had their vehicle unfairly ticketed and booted. Constituent states that their vehicle was booted while they were in the process of appealing their tickets. Constituent states that the office of the parking clerk said that even if he does manage to appeal all of his parking tickets he will still be expected to pay the parking tickets on his vehicle. Constituent states that his vehicle now has a dead engine and requires towing out of the City of Boston tow lot and his vehicle has been damaged as a result of vandalism while booted on the street.
