- Resident dog owner leaving poop bags on the street twice/day and not disposing appropriately? I witnessed it and tried talking to the dog owner but he just ran into his building! We have a rat problem in Bay Village and this is just attracting more? Lives at 62 Melrose, young guy with black hair and the dog is a Dalmatian can’t miss him ? Not sure what to do but rats are @ issue here!
