- 2 properties # 45 # 49 Ridgeview Ave Mattapan have overgrown lawns that are very often neglected. This takes away from other properties in the neighborhood. I believe # 49 is an absentee landlord. the neglect has affected my lawn by having weeds transferred to my lawn through the air. Also there has been increased speeding up & down Ridgeview Ave. we need speed bumps installed as other nearby neighborhoods have.
